About Us:
We are a local locksmith, double glazing repairs and aluminium door servicing and repairs business providing a comprehensive service, including 24hr emergency callout, for domestic and business customers. We specialise in "out of hours" cover including evenings and night-time seven days a week at highly competitive prices. We are based in Evesham, Worcestershire but we cover all of Worcestershire, North Gloucestershire, South Birmingham and West Warwickshire. We also provide electronic access control systems repair and maintenance services.
· Our engineers have been professionally trained and hold qualifications up to BTEC standard in fitting and maintaining electronic access control/door entry systems, non-destructive lock opening techniques for mortice and cylinder locks including high-security BS 3621 locks, and the repair of uPVC and aluminium framed double glazed doors and windows. As members of the Institute of Certified Locksmiths we offer the "ICL Guarantee" which means that if we destroy a lock when gaining entry we will replace it for another, like for like, free of charge, with the exception of faulty locks, high security locks such as safe locks or if the customer asks us to destroy the lock to gain entry quickly because they are not prepared to wait for us to pick the lock or they want the lock replaced anyway.
· Our engineers are also skilled at replacing and fitting locks in standard wooden doors and in uPVC and aluminium double glazed doors, and they carry a range of locks that can be fitted during a call-out.
· We also provide locksmith and double glazing repairs services for landlords and are listed on www.LandlordZONE.com as a registered service supplier.
· We have £ 5 million Public Liability Insurance and we're registered sub-contractors under the Construction Industry Scheme.
· We are members of the Institute of Certified Locksmiths (ICL) and the Door and Window Technicians Association (DAWTA).
· We operate a standard charging system where our charges are based on time spent on site and replacement locks and materials. We do not normally charge separate call-out fees but we reserve the right to charge a fee where we have been called out and the customer cancels when we are already on route. We are happy to discuss and negotiate contract rates with commercial clients.
